To the fans’ delight, Black Veil Brides’ vocalist, Andy Biersack, a.k.a. Andy Black, will release his second solo effort

July 18, 2018

Andy Black, whose first solo album, The Shadow Side, proved to be quite a success, has announced his second solo album. The frontman of Black Veil Brides went to Instagram to spread the news. No other details have been revealed, and the release date is yet to be announced.

“I am so thrilled with this record and can’t wait for you guys to hear it! A lot more to come soon!” Biersack wrote in the announcement. See his exciting Twitter post below.

However, this news made fans wonder whether the rumours of Black Veil Brides splitting are more than just rumours. BVB bassist Ashley Purdy recently made comments leading fans to believe the band would be breaking up once they’ve completed Warped Tour. Biersack then denied the rumours, followed by Purdy’s explanation his comments had been misinterpreted.

BVB are now working on a 10th anniversary edition of their 2010 debut record, We Stitch These Wounds, so we’re in to expect two releases soon, both from Biersack’s band and Andy Black himself.

If you live in the U.S. or Canada, you can still catch BVB live this summer on the remaining dates of Warped Tour in the locations below.
