Linkin Park fans had to solve a puzzle in order to unveil the artwork for the seventh album

Have you managed to put the puzzle together piece by piece to uncover Linkin Park’s art for the upcoming seventh album? No? Well, not a problem. Today, after teasing fans with the puzzle involving their many global ambassadors, the band has finally revealed the album art for their upcoming record.

Linkin Park didn’t go the easy way: they gave their fans a puzzle tweet, which would eventually lead them to the picture of the album art, if they follow LP ambassadors for all the answers and unveil the image piece by piece.

And that’s not it! The band’s first single from the album, ‘Heavy’, will be unleashed February 16, and now we can enjoy the entire song lyrics. ‘Heavy’ will feature a female vocalist from hip-hop / electro-R&B scene, Kiara Saulters, or simply Kiiara. Linkin Park posted the lyrics on Genius but you can also check them out below.

For this upcoming record, Linkin Park were looking for a different sound, so they decided to change the writing process this time and started with writing the vocal parts, not with composing music as musicians usually do. Check out the lyrics for ‘Heavy’ below:
