It’s the first new song from Real Friends since their 2016’s Home Inside My Head

June 4, 2018

Real Friends have returned with a catchy new track, ‘From The Outside’, which marks the first new material from the band since 2016. Light and upbeat on the surface and colourful in the music video, the lyrics of the pop-punk song raise a serious issue of how quite a lot of people look fine and smily from the outside, while feeling down and hating the current state of things.

While some believe ‘From The Outside’ discusses mental health, it can also be any of us feeling like we put on a social mask, forced to smile and give an automatic “I’m fine” reply at every corner. You can purchase the single ‘From The Outside’ at this location.
