Your first reaction might be: don’t you think I don’t know what I’ve listened to this year? But it turns out, it’s not that obvious sometimes who your favorites are! Preparing the statistics for 2017, Spotify has even launched a special website 2017wrapped.com, which will ask you three simple questions and inform you how well you know your own music preferences of 2017. And you’re in for a surprise!

Spotify crew has done a great job summarizing to top fives the songs, artists and music genres you’ve streamed most over the last twelve months and delivering it in the most entertaining way. The website will tell you exactly what song you’ve had on repeat more than any other in 2017 and even give you an insight how old you seem to be based on the genres you’ve streamed most.

And be ready for some impressive figures like the total number of minutes you’ve listened to music via Spotify this year. When wrapped like this, the amount of time you’ve spent enjoying music might shock you.

Spotify has also revealed the most streamed artists, tracks and albums of 2017, and among top rock bands you’ll find Linkin Park, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Panic! At The Disco, Metallica, Green Day and more. And with all music genres put together, the top streamed five artists worldwide are Ed Sheeran, Drake, The Weeknd, Kendrick Lamar and The Chainsmokers.
