The first in-depth biography of metal icon and filmmaker Rob Zombie has been released

U.K. writer Joel McIver, the author of biographies of Metallica, Slayer and Black Sabbath, has released an unauthorized biography of Rob Zombie via Backbeat Books. The book is titled “Sinister Urge: The Life And Times Of Rob Zombie”. It is the first in-depth biography of the legendary metal star.
Zombie, who is now 50, started his music path with White Zombie in the mid 80-ies and over the years came to be one of the pillars of heavy metal and later, of industrial metal. His name and music are still on the top of the lists decades later, while many of his ex-colleagues in the music industry are now history. Rob Zombie’s energy and multiple skills can hardly be overstated.
