Who are you happiest for? Which country was robbed of qualification?

Semi-final 1 of Eurovision 2025 has taken place in Basel, Switzerland and the following 10 of 15 participating countries qualified for Saturday’s Grand Final:

šŸ‡³šŸ‡“ Norway | Kyle Alessandro – Lighter

šŸ‡¦šŸ‡± Albania | Shkodra Elektronike – Zjerm

šŸ‡øšŸ‡Ŗ Sweden | KAJ – Bara Bada Bastu

šŸ‡®šŸ‡ø Iceland | VƆB – RƓA

šŸ‡³šŸ‡± Netherlands | Claude – C’est La Vie

šŸ‡µšŸ‡± Poland | Justyna Steczkowska – GAJA

šŸ‡øšŸ‡² San Marino | Gabry Ponte – Tutta L’Italia

šŸ‡ŖšŸ‡Ŗ Estonia | Tommy Cash – Espresso Macchiato

Against the Eurovision betting odds, Iceland’s VAEB and Portugal’s NAPA made it through, even though previously they had been at the bottom of the odds charts. On the other hand, hyped and anticipated after Monday’s dress rehearsals Red Sebastian (Belgium) and Theo Evans (Cyprus) didn’t amass enough votes in the juryless semi-final.

The running order for the final night, May 17, will be decided later by a draw (which half of the Grand Final the qualified artists will compete in) by Swiss Broadcasting Corporation (SRG SSR) after the Second Semi-final this Thursday, May 15.
