September 22, 2015
A Welsh/American alternative rock band No Devotion, formed by Geoff Rickly (ex-Thursday) and former band members Lostprophets, are now streaming their long-awaited longplay, titled Permanence. The LP will become available in stores worldwide on September 25, but you can already stream it through Rickly’s own Collect Records on SoundCloud and pre-order the record if you like it.
No Devotion will hit five venues next month in support of their new record, starting October 12 in Boston and landing on October 17 in Fords, New Jersey, with Creepoid and Nothing as headlining acts on various dates. See the list of dates and co-performing bands below.
This past August No Devotion played at Reading and Leeds Festival as part of their Tour with Seether and Baroness, followed by a couple of German tour dates, in Berlin and Hamburg. The group’s lead singer Geoff Rickly describes their music as a combination of The Cure, Joy Division and New Order sound.
