Alvan & Co. decided to play it big and utilized all Eurovision X-factor success elements
Last night, March 5, Alvan & Ahez won Eurovision France, C’est vous qui décidez 2022, with a fiery gothic-flavored performance of “Fulenn”. The performance by young gifted electronic musician Alvan and a trio of vocalists Ahez has fired up the stage of the French national song selection both literally and figuratively.

The live staging of the unusual song had all the typical Eurovision X-factor ingredients. Alvan was serving simultaneously as a DJ, singer and a miniature guitar player. On the background the stage was bursting with fire explosion, while on the foreground a gothic dancer all in black mesmerized the audience with oriental and vogue moves and curves.
Interestingly, among the jury members the panel of foreign jurors included Gjon’s Tears from Switzerland! The jury panel was comprised of five jury members from France and five from abroad.
Here are the final scores of second-round finalists:
Alvan & Ahez – 222 points
Pauline Chagne – 172 points
SOA – 140 points
Marius – 120 points
Cyprien Zeni – 94 points
Elliott – 92 points
Eurovision Song Contest 2022, the 66th edition of the Europe-uniting music event, is set to take place in Turin. Italy is hosting the contest, following Måneskin’s triumphant victory last year with the song “Zitti e buoni”.
