Bring Me The Horizon, who released their new studio album, That’s The Spirit, last week, have debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Top 200 chart, outselling legendary Slayer. The new record has been sold in the amount of 62,000 units, which is the benchmark in the band’s career so far.
Among those 55,000 are pure album sales, while the rest of the points have been scored by streaming the record, with 1,500 streams counting as one album sale (via Metal Injection). It’s not hard to calculate that based on this proportion, the album has been streamed more than 100,000 times by now.
