An explosive industrial band Hatari, which represented Iceland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2019, did an impressive hour-long live set at the annual Estonian festival Tallinn Music Week 2021.
The visually arresting show really suited the old-factory walls of Kultuurikatel building. It felt as if it was a full-fledged Hatari headlining set rather than one of the acts of Station Narva stage of TMW. The Icelanders crowned their set with their “Hatrið mun sigra” (“Hate Will Prevail”), the song which brought them the 10th spot in the Eurovision final.
Hatari’s special guest was Palestinian singer Bashar Murad, who performed a couple of his songs in between the band’s set. Murad previously delivered backing vocals on Coldplay album Everyday Life.
