‘Another Life’ was voted the favorite song off the album of the majority of Motionless In White fans
Motionless In White have delighted fans with the new video for their track ‘Another Life’. The choice of the song for the video was based on the band’s fans’ voting. MIW fans were extremely thrilled to actually be the decision-makers, and it looks like the fans’ favorite track off the album coincides with the band’s own favorite.
‘Another Life’ is dark yet high-contrast video. It starts with a stylish ballroom dance scene of a gothic couple but ends with one of them leaving this world. It’s a particularly “special and deeply meaningful song” for vocalist Chris Motionless and his bandmates. Introducing the new video, he said:
“After six months have passed since releasing our new album, Disguise, the one thing we wanted to do more than any other when it came to picking the next single was listen to the fans’ feedback as the deciding factor. The fans have overwhelmingly spoken, and we are proud to release our favorite track off the album, ‘Another Life’, as our next single and music video. This is a very special and deeply meaningful song for our band, and we couldn’t be happier that it will finally have its moment.”
It’s worth mentioning that the clip was directed by Max Moore. The director is known for his previous work with Code Orange and Thy Art Is Murder.
Motionless In White’s latest album, Disguise, has quite a lot of singles on its plate. ‘Brand New Numb’, ‘Undead Ahead 2: The Tale Of The Midnight Ride’ and ‘Disguise’ all got their own music videos. And now ‘Another Life’ has joined the video collection.
