The rockers are teasing what might be their first new album since 2010′ The Constant
September 27, 2016
Alternative rock act Story Of The Year, founded in St. Louis, Missouri in 1995, haven’t treated us with studio record since 2010′ album The Constant and re-release of their debut effort, Page Avenue.
The waiting is almost over! The band has started teasing their new music via Facebook. The new material will be released in 2017. The band posted the following message regarding their new return with new stuff:
”Story Of The Year is alive and ready to fucking destroy everything in 2017. New music coming soon! Who’s ready?”
Basically, Story Of The Year started writing their fifth album already two years ago. But due to the fact on September 30, 2014 bass player Adam Russell announced leaving the band, the group’s plans for a new release obviously had to be postponed.
Are you excited the band is back and ready to “destroy everything”?
