Three Days Grace have shared a touching music video for ‘Human Race’, directed by Mark Pellington

Three Days Grace go philosophical in their new video ‘Human Race’, leaving the viewers food for thought about the ever-pending questions of humanity, life, death and human connections, just like the title of the track suggests.
The close-up depiction of faces, the symbolic indication of technology changing the human race for the worse make the painful video a bit of a challenge to watch. The video opens with the statement: “The problem is not technology. The problem is the personal person using it. We’re more than a body and a mind. We are a song. And there’s something inside of us that is beyond our understanding. That’s the part of us that yearns for God or something more that we find in technology.”
The final words read: “Machines have given us abundance and left us in want. Our knowledge has been as hateful and cynical. Our cleverness is blind and mean and hard and unkind. We know too much and feel too little.”
‘Human Race’ is the song off the band’s latest album, Human. Three Days Grace are now gearing up to get back on the road to tour through the summer.
