The band’s new album, In Murmuration, is coming out October 25
Von Hertzen Brothers are about to give birth to their 9th “baby”, that is, their new album In Murmuration, due for release this October.
If “murmuration” is the word you haven’t heard before, you are not the only one. What the band implies here is the phenomenon of the group motion and group think of birds in the sky.
In his newsletter to fans, the band’s frontman and mastermind Mikko Von Hertzen admitted that the road to making the new album was accompanied by “bruises, sweat, deadlines and tears”. We called him to ask about the hardships of the past few months, inspiration behind the album tracks and the band’s tour plans for 2025 to promote the new record.
