Chino Moreno of DEFTONES has revealed the band’s intention to release their new album in September 2015

Deftones frontman Chino Moreno has recently cast some light on the band’s plans on BBC Radio 1, promising Deftones will release the new album this autumn – supposedly on September 25, shares Blabbermouth.net.
“The record, as far as music, has been all recorded, and I am currently working on the vocals,” he said. “So I’ve been recording from my home studio here in Oregon. Slowly but surely, [we’re] getting it done, man. It’s coming out really good. It’s just another Deftones record. And I feel like it’s us reaching a little bit, getting more into the song structures and trying to challenge ourselves a little bit”.
The songs have already been written for the new album. The production is being taken care of by Matt Hyde (Slayer, Children Of Bodom). The new album will be the follow-up to Deftones 2012′ “Koi No Yokan”. Also, the band will join forces on the road with Incubus this summer.
