The band describe ‘Fire’ as “a song that could invoke as much dancing as it does moshing”
House Of Protection are on fire! Their first US tour with Poppy is kicking off in April, and just a few weeks ago they announced their second EP ‘Outrun You All’, alongside the new single ‘Afterlife’. Today, they’re treating their fans to another single, ‘Fire’. Be sure to watch it below.
Introducing the single, the band members say:
“The goal with ‘Fire’ was to write something with as much infectious energy as possible. A song that could invoke as much dancing as it does moshing. It’s a hard balance to pull off. This has been the one new song we’ve played on tour before its release and it’s already become our favourite to jam live.”

House of Protection made their Australian live debut earlier this year, supporting Bad Omens and Poppy and playing in front of a crowd of over 25,000. They also contributed to Architects’ hit single ‘Brain Dead’, accompanied by a dynamic music video.
The band’s touring schedule goes on with a U.S. tour leg as they share the road with Poppy in April. Their summer highlights will be the famous Download festival and Reading/Leeds in June, followed by a fall European/UK tour with Architects.
The music video for ‘Fire’ will drop in a few days. Stay tuned with us on AlteRock Facebook, Instagram and Twitter!
