Michigan alternative rockers POP EVIL have shared the music video for ‘Ways to Get High’ full of trippy visuals

Pop Evil have released an official video for perhaps their catchiest song so far, ‘Ways to Get High’. The psychedelic clip was done by the band’s longtime collaborator Johan Carlen. The song is taken from Pop Evil’s latest album, UP.
Even though the video just shows the band rocking to the tune on trippy psychedelic background for the most part, it manages to achieve its goal, to make the track even catchier and even more powerful than the audio track itself. “This song is a chance to free your mind and express yourself in whatever mood you may be in,” says vocalist Leigh Kakaty. “Find your Shine!”
Year 2015 has been extremely fruitful for Pop Evil, with many festival dates, a tour with Three Days Grace and Theory of a Deadman and the first single, ‘Footsteps’, from the new album, Up, topping American charts. When talking about the band’s recent success, vocalist Kakaty goes humble and says, ‘I just feel like a normal guy with a normal band shooting for the moon’ (read the full interview here).
Pop Evil are currently on US tour until Christmas. The last show of the tour leg will take part on December 20.
