MUSE announce their first European dates of World Drones Tour 2016 and promise 360-degree ‘in the round’ experience

Muse have announced the continuation of their touring in support of their latest album, Drones, and have posted the first leg of dates of The World Drones Tour 2016. The tour will start off in Europe on April 5, 2016 with a show in Dublin, and will travel the major arenas in Ireland, UK, Portugal, Spain, Italy and Czech Republic. Among the European destinations there are also two London dates. See the full list of dates announced below.

The upcoming Muse shows 2016 are definitely something not to miss, as on this tour the band will play “in the round” from the middle of the arenas for the first time – that is, you are about to enjoy a 360-degree experience of your favorite band’s performance.

Drones tour initially kicked off in Norwich for Radio 1’s Big Weekend in May 2015, followed by several major festival appearances in Europe, including Sonisphere Festival in Switzerland, Lollapalooza in Berlin and Pinkpop Festival in the Netherlands. Muse have also sent out an official message for their European fans in other countries, not mentioned in the first leg of tour: “Fans in Germany, Netherlands, France, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Canada and the United States of America…stay tuned.”

The presale for the shows for Muse.mu members begins 16 September at 9am local. General sale starts 18 September at 9am local, except Lisbon which starts 19 September at 9am.
