Linkin Park’s Hunting Party had to stop for at least several weeks due to Chester Bennington’s leg injury complications. The rest of U.S. and Canada tour dates were cancelled

Linkin Park had to withdraw from the remaining dates of their North American Hunting Party Tour with Rise Against and Of Mice & Men, because LP’s vocalist Chester Bennington suffered a lot after he broke his ankle in Frankfurt on November 17 last year during the European part of the tour.
“Dude, I f*cked my ankle up”, Chester said right after the injury on the band’s video diary, LPTV: The Hunting Party Tour | Europe – PART 3. “First, I jumped off the f*cking riser and I mistimed my jump, so I tried to correct myself in the air and I f*cking went right on the ball of my foot… Stupid.”

Bennington’s broken ankle didn’t stop the show for a while, though. Several concerts followed the accident, including three first American tour gigs, with the last one held in Indianapolis, which you can watch the live video of below. However, it is obvious that the singer requires immediate medical attention now. Chester posted an official statement on Facebook, saying:
“I’m really disappointed this injury has made it impossible to continue with this tour. The first couple shows were just magical. We will truly miss not being with our fans for the next few weeks. Hope to see you again soon.”
