The band’s new album Fission will be launched January 26 via Spinefarm

With the release date of their second album Fission nearing, Dead Poet Society are unveiling some music off of the new effort. The Los-Angeles-based band has just launched their track ‘My Condition’, which seems to have taken too long to be born.

“This song took years to write and it’s one of our favorites,” says frontman Jack Underkofler. “It’s about knowing that nothing matters, so might as well go for what brings you fulfillment and do what you want.”

In order to celebrate the upcoming Fission album, DPS have scheduled a record release show for January 24 in Los Angeles at Pico Union Project, followed by a couple of shows in Florida in February. The musicians are then headed over the Atlantic for a massive European tour leg, all the way through March 23. Besides, you can catch Jack Underkofler, Jack Collins, Will Goodroad and Dylan Brenner at several festivals, such as Shaky Knees, Welcome to Rockville, and Sonic Temple.
