Add Violence is a five-track EP that, according to the release, “finds the band becoming more accessible and impenetrable at the same time.” The record is due for release on Friday, July 21, and it will be followed closely by the third one in the trilogy.
Frontman Trent Reznor has recently specified that the band’s latest release, Not The Actual Events, was the first record in a trilogy of EPs, with the second one being this July’s Add Violence, and the third one supposedly coming up later this year.
Pre-orders can be made on the band’s official website. Enjoy the brand new track, ‘Less Than’, and see their nearest tour dates below. Do you like NIN’s current sound? Share your thoughts in the comments, and join AlteRock Facebook and Twitter to stay tuned for rock and metal news.
