The band’s 2016 world tour kicks off in the U.S. next February, followed by gigs in Canada and several European cities

It’s been less than three months since alt-rock legends Three Days Grace released their latest album Alienation, filled with chart-topping songs like ‘Mayday’ and ‘Apologies’. The band then gave a string of sold-out shows in Canada with Volbeat, toured the U.S. with Breaking Benjamin and are now headed to Europe’s big venues, with both Matt Walst and original vocalist/co-founder Adam Gontier in lineup. The enormous demand to see the band live made the band take the touring a step further: the band has just announcing another massive 2026′ Alienation world tour!

Gontier- and Walst-fronted 2026′ run is due to kick off in Fort Wayne, Indiana (U.S.) next February, followed by gigs in Canada and then Europe. The tour will wrap up with a November show in Los Angeles, California. On their U.S. tour dates Three Days Grace will have I Prevail and The Funeral Portrait as support acts, while in Canada the warmup will come from Finger Eleven and Royal Tusk on select dates. As for their European gigs, the band is still to announce the supporting acts shortly.

Ticket sale will take off with a special Citi presale beginning Tuesday, Nov 11. The general sale will commence Friday, Nov 14 at 10 a.m. local time.

The band couldn’t be more thrilled to have Adam Gontier back and witness the magic of two powerhouses on stage every night of the tour. In an interview with Canada’s The Metal Voice, drummer Neil Sanderson said he feels it was meant to be:“[…] it feels like we’ve kind of come full circle and we’ve closed this loop. And it’s just fate, I guess, that we’re all seeing eye to eye now and the band sounds bigger than ever. And, yeah, it’s a great time to just see it all come into one full force moving forward.”

“It’s been great, man. It’s cool,” added Gontier. “Matt grew up with the band. He’s Brad’s little brother, and I knew Matt from when he was just a little guy. So I think for them it was a natural fit to get him to take my spot there. And, yeah, now [we’re just, like] — let’s do it together.”

The original frontman and band co-founder, Gontier had left the band in 2013 and was replaced by Matt, Brad Walst’s younger brother, who back then was the vocalist of the band My Darkest Days. It wasn’t until 10 years later, in April 2023, that Three Days Grace fans witnessed Gontier reunite with the band onstage for a couple of songs. It was during the band’s show in Huntsville, Alabama, to the amazement and admiration of the unsuspecting audience. Gontier rejoined his then ex-bandmates at the Probst Arena At The Von Braun Center to perform two TDG masterpieces from 2006’s One-X album, ‘Never Too Late’ and ‘Riot’. The rest is history.
