If it didn’t feel like summer before, then Bad Suns will change it!
Bad Suns are in the summer mood, as they’ve released their bright and shiny new single ‘Heaven Is A Place In My Head’. Lyrically the song is also about the sunny season: the musicians talk about how short the season seems when you spend it with your dearest one:
Take me anywhere besides here, baby
Summer never lasts as long as you want it to
As long as I’m next to you
The frontman Christo Bowman talks about longing for going away somewhere with the one you love, preferably, somewhere nice and summary, as tropical percussion adds to the summer feel sonically.
‘Heaven Is A Place In My Head’ is Bad Suns’ first new music in 2021. Last year, despite coronarivus-related low key season, the band managed to produce three singles, ‘Baby Blue Shades’, ‘Unstable’ and ‘I’m Not Having Any Fun’.
