The Moldovan rapper drops his first English-language single, following ‘Viva, Moldova!’ Eurovision success

Moldovan rapper Satoshi has released ‘All We Are About,’ his first song primarily in English. The track is melodic and funky, as well as ethnic-sounding, written and composed by Sabajuc himself. “It’s my first song in English,” Satoshi wrote, introducing the song in his social media. To stay true to himself, the singer also delivers the second verse in Romanian.

In the Eurovision spirit of love and peace, ‘All We Are About’ looks at love as a refuge from a noisy, anxious world. A free space from constant cameras, arguments, empty promises, and social pressure. Considering the stress, tight schedules and strict requirements Eurovision had on all its artists last month, it’s only natural to want to return to one’s “happy place”, away from all the chaos the music industry of this scale comes with. Or, shall we put it in Baby Lasagna’s words, “I need a round to decompress”? That’s exactly what Satoshi is doing in this cheerful, get-together track.

Satoshi is the stage name of Vlad Sabajuc, a 27-year-old rapper from Cahul, southwest Moldova. At Eurovision 2026 in Vienna, the rapper’s track ‘Viva, Moldova!’ finished eighth in the Grand Final with 226 points, making Satoshi a national hero overnight. Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu personally invited him to the Government building, crediting him with uniting Moldovans at home and in the diaspora. His 2023 collab with the famous band Carla’s Dreams, ‘Noaptea pe la 3’, had already charted in Moldova, and ‘All We Are About’ seems to come just in time to keep surfing the success wave of ‘Viva, Moldova!’
