“I couldn’t think of any hotter options”, says Jyrki 69 of choosing Dani Divine for the new clip
Finnish gothic rockers The 69 Eyes have just begun their 24-date tour run titled Hell Has No Mercy 2020 in the U.S. The band rocked their first night (Jan 15) in Brooklyn and to make things even hotter, dropped the lyric video for their sixth single from the latest album West End, ‘Hell Has No Mercy’.
"I've burned on a stake
Like a warlock witch
For every mistake"
For such fiery lyrics what would suit better than a fire-themed video? And The 69 Eyes knew who to call to make it happen. The lyric video for ‘Hell Has No Mercy’ stars award-winning fire artist, model and latex star, Dani Divine. The video directed by Vincente Cordero, and here is what the singer Jyrki 69 thinks of it:
“I couldn’t think of any hotter options to have in our videos than Dani Divine! It’s so great to return to the American road again, we are very lucky vampires.”

The band’s U.S. tour has just started and will wrap up on Feb 22. The 69 Eyes will get support from Wednesday 13, Sumo Cyco and The Crowned. The American tour is promoting their latest album, West End, released on September 13 via Nuclear Blast Records. West End features guest vocalists such as Cradle of Filth’s Dani Filth and Wednesday 13’s Calico Cooper. Speaking of the intriguing album title, frontman Jyrki 69 says:
“I feel like this planet is on some turning point. The end of the western world is near and the question is: What is happening when the west ends?”

‘Hell Has No Mercy’ Lyrics:
I’ve been left alone
Down to Avalon
I’ve burned on a stake
Like a warlock witch
For every mistake
And a chance that I take
But I don’t regret
All the girls I met
Cause I still have you
And you’re listening to me
I’m gonna get things through
And my misery
Got a Satan’s soul
Devil’s cold
Bluest eyes
You’ll never behold
Got a Satan’s soul
But the Devil told
Hell has no mercy on me
I’ve been left alone
On an empty stone
I’ve burned on a stake
Like a warlock witch
From every mistake
For a chance I would take
Still having you
My misery
Got a Satan’s soul
Devil’s cold
Bluest eyes
You’ll never behold
Got a Satan’s soul
Devil’s cold
Bluest eyes
You’ll never behold
Hell has no mercy on me
I’ve been left alone
Down to Avalon
I’ve burned on a stake
Like a warlock witch
What I’m trying to tell
There is a place in Hell
I’m gonna get things through
For my misery
Got a Satan’s soul
Devil’s cold
Bluest eyes
You’ll never behold
Got a Satan’s soul
Devil’s cold
Bluest eyes
You’ll never behold
Hell has no mercy on me
Hell has no mercy on me
